okay! i know this is going to be hard and everything! but starting tomorrow (middle of the afternoon already) I am starting my food diary and exercising! i know it’s going to be a slow start only because it costs a lot to eat healthy! so slow start but then it shouldn’t be to hard in the beginning! I would really like to have a friend who i can help support and who will help support me!
